BY ALL MEANS...... PLEASE DO! In my humble opinion, cameras are TIME MACHINES. When we view the picture, we're actually traveling back in time to a frozen segment or frame. When you use a picture (like myself) to create a drawing or painting I'm actually trying very hard to mimic or copy that segment in time. And guess what?...... Sometimes (RARELY, IN MY CASE) they look better then the original. So PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!! Paint this picture.

Miguel, I will certainly pass this fantastic critique onto my son. I am delighted you took the time to study this piece, yet saddened. What I mean is, should I paint this picture, I don't feel I'll be able to hold a candle to your elaborate photo critique. Don't give up on me though. I always chose difficult pictures as my learning ladder and I very much respect your opinion. Thank-you!!!!

Everything here is simply PERFECT! from the shadows casting on the palm tree to the wave in the ocean... The balance of spaces, brightness, contrast, colors, the granulated texture of the sky, etc. Even the small dash of prismatic color reflected by the camera lens..... WOW. CONGRATULATIONS. f/v/l
