"Made My Day." His real name is Patton. Took his picture a year ago and only recently took a closer look. When I enlarged knew I had to paint him. The windblown effect is what really enticed me. Completed him last week in 3 1/2 hours and another hour of background and cleaning up. Usually takes me a lot longer to paint. Must have been highly motivated, with a smile on my face the whole time. My first painting in well over 7 months.
