As I mentioned before, I had never seen one up close or knew they existed until the wind blew and many dropped onto my vehicle. My husband knew of them as a child, while spending time in Texas. He proceeded to tell me what they were called and the name alone kept me fascinated to take as many pictures as I could, when I could find them
